Elevating Educators Coalition

In support of the formation of a new coalition that seeks to address core challenges facing the teaching profession in Massachusetts, Shadida Solutions offered strategic advising and facilitation to Elevating Educators Coalition members and the executive leadership team.

Street Theory Collective

Street Theory Collective partnered with Shadida Solutions to develop key infrastructure for the launch of a new space to house a gallery, retail, workshops for artists and community events. In addition to strategic advising, deliverables included retreat facilitation, a business plan and the development of a partnership agreement with the Central Square Business Improvement District.
