Launched in 2016, Shadida Solutions (SS), a 501(c)(3), customizes creative and authentic spaces for leaders to explore their beliefs, develop new skills, expand their networks, and elevate their confidence. Given that leadership and innovation can often feel isolating, we provide strategic connection and thought partnership.

“Shadida,” an Arabic term, loosely translated to describe “one with strength” - able to break through obstacles. At our roots, Shadida Solutions aims to collaboratively shift outdated structures, practices and beliefs. We believe change happens more powerfully in community and we collaborate with people and organizations who care about supporting those most impacted by systemic inequity.

We partner with nonprofits, schools, foundations, and businesses that care about driving innovation in work that makes our communities better. Specifically, we offer executive coaching, strategic advising, facilitation, group programming and networking opportunities for our clients.
