We worked with Shadida Solutions to bring a kernel of an idea of a coalition we wanted to build into reality. The team’s capacity to notice the hard stuff that we didn't (leadership dynamics! transition challenges!), while also keeping the trains moving through agile project management, while also deftly facilitating our whole group conversations, was artful and needed. Our coalition has become a national model for exactly the things that they pushed us to consider and work on. They have become an extension of our work—they pushed us to define our ‘backbone’ of the coalition, but really, they have been the backbone. We feel so fortunate to have worked with them!
Liz is a masterful facilitator--both direct and caring. Something that is invaluable when bringing senior leaders together to not only accomplish what needs to get done, but to do so in a way that made us stronger as a team.
